L3Harris' WE3 ERG grants the wishes of 200 children within the state of Utah by donating gifts for the holidays

"I had the honor and privilege of leading this year's Utah National Guard Sub for Santa effort on behalf of L3Harris' WE3 ERG along with my Co-chair Debbi Watkins and in partnership with our INTRAPRENEURS, LEAD, and SERVE ERG's. In just two weeks, L3Harris employees granted the wishes of 200 children within the state of Utah by donating gifts in the spirit of the holiday season.

This effort was organization-wide. I am incredibly proud of our employees at BCS and humbled by our ability to come together in such an impactful way – it really makes you feel like you’re a part of something bigger than yourself, especially being able to give back to a community of people who are at the core of our society as Americans – our servicemembers and their families. We could not have done this successfully without the incredible generosity of our L3Harris family.
